Our Community
Our Voice.

For over 20 years, Dorado Home Furniture has proudly served the San Fernando community. We are a family-owned, Latino-owned business that has grown alongside the families who live and work here.
We believe a strong community starts with access to information. This post is meant to share clear, non-partisan resources about the upcoming 2026 elections — including key dates, how to register, and where to find reliable information about what’s on the ballot.
Our goal is not to tell anyone how to vote, but to help ensure you know what you’re voting on and how to participate.
What’s Typically on the Ballot
In California midterm elections, voters may be asked to make decisions at several levels of government. These often include
Local officials
who influence decisions affecting cities, schools, and county services
Ballot measures
which may address issues like housing, public safety, education funding, taxes, and local infrastructure
Federal
such as members of the U.S. House of Representatives and, when applicable, U.S. Senate seats
State leadership
including state legislators who help shape laws and statewide policy

These decisions often shape local priorities and services that directly affect families and neighborhoods across San Fernando.
